Hey readers,
Sorry for not posting in awhile–I’ve been crazy busy with classes starting up again. That’s sort of the problem–I don’t think I have time to devote to this blog. I was really hoping I could manage it with everything, but I’m all over the place.
Plus, for better or worse, RichRod’s offense (or should I say Denard Robinson) has us winning some games. I’m still questioning if he can keep this up going into the Big Ten season–the Michigan State game will go a long way to answering some questions. Remember: RichRod had the team go 4-0 in non-conference and beat IU last year, before collapsing in the rest of the Big Ten season. Time will tell what the end result will be. Until the defense shows it can control a game and not let up so many yards, I’ll doubt RichRod’s job security.
Finally, fun little tidbit–in one of my classes this term, we’re doing a Heisman Hype project. Pretty much, each group is looking into one Heisman candidate and their school’s PR campaign to win the trophy. The groups are doing Kellen Moore, Terrelle Pryor, Andrew Luck, Mark Ingram, and Denard Robinson. The fun part of this: Moore, Luck, and Robinson have connections to teams discussed in this blog. I found this amusing.
I bid you guys farewell–at season’s end, you may hear from me again, in case RichRod collapses yet again, proving he really cant’ compete in the Big Ten. Then I may revisit what I started here–it won’t be utter speculation as much so then.
Thanks for reading!
